Structure: This instrument is mainly composed of light pipes, light pipe rack components, light intensity regulators, potentiometer knobs, light pipe rack legs, light source switches, power sockets, light source wiring, white screens, white screen racks, etc. Light pipe: The light pipe is formed by the sleeve connection of the diode holder, the condenser lens tube and the objective lens tube. The diode holder can rotate and expand in the condenser lens barrel, and the condenser lens barrel can expand and contract inside the objective lens barrel to adjust the size and definition of the spot of the outgoing beam on the white screen. Install the instrument: Install the support feet on the light pipe rack and the white screen respectively. The light pipe is inserted in the round hole of the light pipe holder to rotate the ball. The white screen is placed about 140mm away from the end of the light pipe (beam exit end). Adjust the light beam emitted by the light pipe: turn on the power, light up the light-emitting diode, adjust the position of the diode holder and the condenser lens tube, so that the edge of the light spot projected on the white screen is clear.
