Once your order has been processed, the delivery company will collect the goods and when they have reached your local depot (usually within 3 working days), the depot will contact you to book a convenient date for delivery. Access MUST be suitable to accommodate a rigid 16 tonne vehicle with tail-lift. We do NOT deliver with hiab or crane. You must ensure that the delivery vehicle can easily access the point of delivery and that this will be on a flat, solid, even surface. The manual pallet trucks used cannot operate on uneven surfaces such as gravel or grass, inclines or declines. The driver will endeavour to put the pallet as near as possible to where you need it. However we only guarantee kerbside delivery. The customer, or somebody appointed by the customer, should be at the delivery point to accept the delivery. Pictures, sizes & colour descriptions are as accurate as possible and are calculated on the average. Delivery Information: We can only deliver to the nearest kerbside or hard standing ground. Delivery is made on an 18t tail lift vehicle not a hi-ab/crane. The delivery point must be smooth and level with no slopes and access must also be large enough to accept a heavy goods vehicle. We cannot leave the goods on a pavement or public road. Deliveries are made between 7-10 working days, Monday to Friday only (8am to 5pm). The wooden pallet and empty bulk bag are non-returnable.
