Realize speed conversion: Use the diameter difference between the small pulley on the motor shaft and the large pulley on the inner cylinder to reduce the speed and increase the torque to meet the speed requirements of different washing modes. Transmission direction conversion: Combined with the design of the pulley, it changes the direction of the motor's power output, adapting to the forward and reverse washing requirements of the drum washing machine, enhancing the cleaning effect of rubbing the clothes. Reduction of energy loss: The high-quality belt has high transmission efficiency. During the power transmission process, no energy is lost, allowing the motor to output power to be more efficiently converted, helping to save energy and reduce electricity consumption. Protect the motor: When the washing machine is overloaded, the belt will slip to avoid the motor due to overload, which plays a role in protecting the motor.
