These puncture repair patches are water-resistant, allowing you to repair problems below the waterline of the boat, pool or hot tub. Since the patch can be used under water, there's no need to drain the water out of your pool or hot tub before applying the repair patch. To apply the underwater adhesive puncture repair patches, wipe off any oils and dirt around the puncture, then cut a circle out of the repair patch thats large enough to cover the puncture. Carefully remove the film from the repair patch, and stick it over the puncture. Press down firmly for 30 seconds making sure to eliminate any bubbles.
