This Zenith Profin polishing kit is designed for the maintenance and finishing of ferrous metals, including steel, stainless steel, and chrome-plated components. The set includes two specific polishing compound bars and corresponding buffing wheels to manage the process from initial smoothing to a high-gloss finish. The GBF/64 grey polishing compound bar is formulated for the first stage of polishing to remove surface imperfections on steels. The GBA pink polishing compound bar is intended for fine glossing to achieve a reflective finish on chrome and stainless steel. Included in the kit are a 4 x 1in stitched sisal/string buff for use with the grey compound and a 4 x 1in loosefold unstitched buff for the pink compound. A pigtail is also provided to facilitate assembly. This set is designed for use in DIY metalwork projects.
