Need a secure, adjustable grip on a hose, pipe or duct? These W2 stainless steel worm drive hose clips clamp flexible hose, pipe and ducting onto spigots and barbed or ridged fittings: HVAC and ducting connections, domestic and agricultural plumbing, including washing machine drain hoses, and workshop and light industrial hose and pipe fastening. They work as metal hose clamps, hose pipe clamps, stainless steel pipe clamps and duct clamps. This pack contains a single 170-190mm hose clip. The band and housing are stainless steel for strong resistance to rust and general weathering, with a zinc-plated steel screw with a slotted hex head. The worm drive engages an embossed band 9mm wide and 0.7mm thick for fine, even tightening across the full clamping range, and the slim band keeps the clip low-profile once fitted. The clamping range is embossed on every band, so each size is easy to identify. A recommended tightening torque of 4.0 Nm (approx. 35 lbf in) guides correct fitting.Specification:Clamping range: 170-190mm (6.69-7.48in)Band and housing: stainless steelScrew: zinc-plated steel, slotted hex headGrade: W2Band width: 9mmBand thickness: 0.7mmRecommended tightening torque: 4.0 NmMechanism: worm drivePack size: 1Choosing a size: each size is named by its closed and fully open diameter, so this 170-190mm clip closes down to 170mm and opens as wide as 190mm.
