DIRECTIONS - All surfaces should be clean and dry and free of dust, rust, oil, and old loose paint. Where loose material is present, sand down with a special sanding block or paper. Now the paint should be allowed to dry for 8-10 hours and 24 hours for hard drying. For applying the 2nd coat, one should wait at least 24 hours.
