SUSTAINABLY SOURCED PRESERVES We pick Heritage fruits from abandoned orchards across England and Wales, harvest abundant WILD fruits and herbs and use surplus produce from British farms that would otherwise go to waste Our preserves are cooked to traditional recipes with high fruit content. We have planted or donated over 1000 trees since 2018 to produce fruit in harmony with nature and preserve heritage British orchards and fruits British tomatoes which fall off the vine and can’t be sold fresh, lightly seasoned with Indian spices.
