All distilled together in a single pass, so the citrus and lime-leaf character is properly integrated rather than infused on top. COPPER POT DISTILLED, HARROGATE SPRING WATER – Made by hand in our copper alembic still using the strict London Dry method — every botanical present in the still during distillation, with no flavourings or sugars added afterward. Cut to strength with iconic Harrogate Spring Water in small batches at the Masons distillery on the edge of the Yorkshire Dales.
