Complete land drainage kit including an 80mm (O.D.) x 25mtr coil of perforated land drain and a matching filter sleeve supplied together. The perforated pipe collects and carries away excess ground water, while the filter sleeve fits over the pipe like a sock to stop sand and silt particles clogging the perforations. Larger particles bridge against the fabric, improving permeability of the surrounding backfill and providing a low-cost alternative to expensive filter materials. The sleeve is easily fitted by one person.
