This sturdy fir wood house offers the perfect environment for allowing hedgehogs to hibernate and feed safely, out of the clutches of predators. The station has two chambers; simply place the food in the second chamber (furthest from the entrance) and the hedgehogs can make their way through to tuck in in safety. The entrance is 11cm across so wide enough for welcome visitors, but too small for foxes and other intruders.\nThe asphalt skinned lid of the shelter is sloped to help keep the rain off, and the lid simply rests on the house walls, which makes it easily removable for cleaning - although there are screws included for fixing the lid down if so required. The wooden floor of the house also helps repel invaders, and is raised on three batons allowing for airflow underneath.  \nThe hedgehog house comes flat packed and requires assembly using a cross head screwdriver; all fixings are included, and we recommend setting aside 30 minutes to complete the task. \nKey benem
