The DeWalt DCMBBL800 is a dual-battery cordless backpack blower designed for professional groundskeepers, landscapers, and estate maintenance contractors tackling large-scale leaf and debris clearance. Powered by two 54V XR FLEXVOLT batteries, this backpack blower delivers impressive performance with up to 21.6N of air pressure, airflow of 24.2 m³/min, and blowing speeds reaching 257 km/h. The dual battery configuration provides up to 82 minutes of runtime per charge when using two DCB549-XJ 54V 15Ah batteries in Eco mode, making it suitable for extended commercial applications without the noise and emissions of petrol-powered alternatives. The brushless motor technology ensures efficient power delivery and extended tool life, whilst the intuitive LED display offers complete control over three speed settings via the variable speed trigger and cruise control button. An adjustment dial allows operators to optimise power output and battery efficiency for different tasks, from light leaf clearance to shifting stubborn wet debris using the included concentrator nozzle. Designed for all-day comfort during demanding professional use, the lightweight backpack configuration features padded, fully adjustable shoulder straps and a waist belt that distribute battery weight evenly across the body, significantly reducing operator fatigue. The integrated handle and footrest facilitate easy transportation between job sites, whilst the tool-free design enables quick setup and battery changes.
