The Trend Varijig Adjustable Frame System is a versatile router guide designed to help carpenters and joiners cut precise recesses, slots, face panel moulds, and more across a working area of up to 600mm x 600mm. Built from four 700mm alloy extrusions fitted with dual metric/imperial measuring scales, the Varijig assembles into an adjustable frame for cutting rectangles and squares with cross-cut accuracy to 0.1mm. A square is required to true up the frame before use, ensuring consistent, repeatable results across a range of routing tasks. The system is particularly well suited to creating panel doors for kitchens and fitted furniture, making it a practical addition to any joiner's setup. It accepts a guide bush with a minimum 8mm spigot length, or can be used with a Unibase as an alternative guide method. The included anti-tilt shoe helps keep the router stable during operation, reducing the risk of deviation mid-cut. The frame can be secured using standard workshop clamps, with an optional clamp kit available separately for a more dedicated setup. Features and Benefits: • Adjustable frame accommodates rectangles and squares up to 600mm x 600mm • Dual metric/imperial scales on all four extrusions for flexible measurement • Cross-cut accuracy to 0.1mm for precise, consistent routing • Anti-tilt shoe included to keep the router stable during use • Compatible with guide bushes (minimum 8mm spigot) or Unibase • Suitable for recesses, slots, face panel moulds, and kitchen panel doors Contents: 4 x Alloy Extrusion with Scales 4 x Corner Brackets 1 x Anti-Tilt Shoe 1 x Anti-Tilt Shoe Fixing Screw Specifications: Extrusion Length: 700mm Working Area: 600mm x 600mm Cross-Cut Accuracy: 0.1mm Minimum Guide Bush Spigot Length: 8mm
