At 25.4mm diameter, this Faithfull Button Magnet delivers robust holding power for demanding industrial applications. The larger size makes it particularly effective for heavier work holding tasks in welding, substantial sign installations, and fabrication projects where strong, reliable magnetic positioning is essential. This button magnet is crafted from high-grade Alnico, ensuring exceptional corrosion resistance and the ability to function effectively in extreme temperatures up to 500°C. The distinctive pole arrangement features both north and south poles on the same working face, separated by a slot to optimise magnetic field strength. A mounting hole is incorporated for permanent fixing, though care must be taken to avoid recessing into ferrous metals which would short circuit the magnetism. Features and Benefits: • 25.4mm diameter provides increased holding strength for heavier applications • Alnico material resists corrosion and operates up to 500°C • Dual-pole same-face design with slot separation for optimal performance • Mounting hole for secure installation to non-ferrous surfaces • Excellent for heavy-duty welding fixtures, substantial signage and industrial work holding Specifications: Magnet Type: Button Magnet Diameter: 25.4mm Height: 16.0mm Pull Power: 3.2kg
