This 7.5mm Faithfull Professional Cobalt Jobber Drill Bit is supplied individually, providing a specialist size for precision engineering and fabrication applications. The 7.5mm diameter offers an intermediate option for creating specific clearances or meeting exact engineering specifications in demanding metalworking operations. Manufactured from premium M35 HSSE grade steel with 5% cobalt content, this bit offers exceptional performance characteristics. The cobalt enrichment delivers superior heat resistance, allowing sustained drilling through stainless steels, hardened alloys and other heat-generating materials whilst maintaining cutting efficiency and edge sharpness. The fully ground construction ensures optimal cutting geometry, whilst the 135° non-slip split point delivers precise centring even on curved or uneven surfaces. Produced to DIN 388 standards for guaranteed precision tolerances and geometric accuracy. Ideal for alloy steels, carbon steels, cast iron, hardened alloy steels, stainless steels, high temperature alloys, titanium alloy, high strength steel and carbon fibre composite materials.
