This 2.5mm Faithfull Professional Cobalt Jobber Drill Bit is supplied in a convenient pack of 2, providing a versatile size for precision drilling and pilot hole applications in professional metalworking. The 2.5mm diameter is frequently specified for clearance holes in fine engineering work and detailed fabrication operations involving demanding materials. Featuring M35 HSSE grade steel construction with 5% cobalt content, this bit delivers exceptional performance when drilling hard and abrasive materials. The cobalt enrichment provides superior heat resistance and extended tool life, allowing the bit to maintain its cutting efficiency even under demanding conditions that would quickly dull standard HSS alternatives. Manufactured to DIN 388 standards with a fully ground finish, this drill bit ensures high precision tolerances and geometric accuracy. The 135° non-slip split point provides precise centring and reduces walking on hard surfaces. Ideal for alloy steels, carbon steels, cast iron, hardened alloy steels, stainless steels, high temperature alloys, titanium alloy, high strength steel and carbon fibre composite materials.
