The Faithfull 50mm x 50m Aluminium Oxide Sanding Cloth Roll in 40 grit provides aggressive material removal capability across a wider working width, making it ideal for rapid surface preparation on larger metalwork components. This 50mm variant combines coarse abrasive performance with increased coverage area, significantly reducing the time required for heavy-duty sanding, rust removal, and initial surface preparation tasks. The coarse 40g grit grade makes quick work of removing paint, rust, mill scale, and heavy corrosion from metal surfaces, whilst the 50mm width allows for efficient coverage of flat panels, structural steel, and larger fabricated components. This combination makes it particularly valuable for metalwork restoration, fabrication shops, and maintenance applications requiring rapid stock removal. Despite its aggressive cutting action, the flexible cloth backing ensures the abrasive conforms to surface contours whilst resisting tearing under demanding conditions. The 50-metre roll length provides exceptional value for high-volume applications and busy workshop environments.
