It can aid in supporting the immune system and settling the digestive system when used in a massage. Additionally, its natural properties as an astringent can help clear and cleanse oily and congested skin. BRIGHT AROMA: Indulge in the naturally bright and refreshing aroma of our citrus essential oil. This top note, 100% natural pure essential oil boasts a mellow citrus scent. It pairs well with Frankincense, Geranium and Lemongrass essential oils. ORGANIC: This 100% pure organic Citrus aurantium bergamia (Bergamot) peel oil is expressed from the peel of the fruit which has been cultivated in its natural environment to ensure the species grows in abundance and is not depleted. It contains no parabens and no artificial fragrances. HOW TO USE: Diffusing: 6-8 drops in a diffuser or burner, helpful for coughs and colds. Massage blend: up to 5 drops per 10ml of blending oil. Skin blend: 2 drops per 10ml of blending oil for the face, 5 drops per 10ml for the body. Not recommended for use on sensitive, damaged or allergy-prone skin. Inhalation: add 3 drops to a bowl of hot water, place a towel over your head, close your eyes and breathe. For head colds and congestion. In the bath: 4-6 drops per 20 ml of blending oil. Add to bath water and swirl to disperse.
