The Draper RCT Ratchet Action Terminal Crimping Tool is a professional-grade crimper designed for accurate, repeatable terminal crimping across a range of wire sizes. Built with carbon steel construction and featuring hardened and tempered jaws, this 220mm tool delivers reliable performance for electrical installation and automotive work. The ratchet action mechanism ensures continuous crimping at pre-set tension, eliminating under-crimped connections and guaranteeing consistent results every time. This makes it ideal for electricians and auto electricians who need precise crimps for insulated terminals. The chemically blackened finish provides corrosion resistance, while the polypropylene grip handles offer comfortable control during extended use. This crimping tool accommodates three colour-coded wire capacity channels, suitable for crimping insulated terminals from 0.5mm² up to 6.0mm². The red channel handles 0.5-1.0mm² (22-18 AWG), the blue channel covers 1.5-2.5mm² (16-14 AWG), and the yellow channel crimps 4.0-6.0mm² (12-10 AWG) terminals, making it versatile enough for most common electrical and automotive terminal crimping applications.
