For initial use: open the package, put a mixture of vinegar and water (ratio 1: 1) in one (500 ml), cover, shake for 10 seconds, open the lid, leave for 15 minutes, wash the bottle. Water and hydrogen rods can be used. The recommended number is 2-3 for the secondary health population, 3-4 for middle-aged people and 5-6 for the elderly.
