An efficient working area of 400mm x 400mm x 80mm is sufficient for most daily wood carving projects. The newly designed Z-axis carriage makes it easy to replace the spindle. Additional screw holes on the non-all-in-one Z-axis carriage allow a larger spindle to be installed in a higher position, increasing the straddling height. Based on Grbl v1.1 open source software, the 4040-PRO CNC router features powerful but quiet TB6S109 drivers with 32-bit chips. Improvements include extended feature ports such as a pneumatic assist pump port and MPG port. New HSS steel frame: The completely redesigned frame structure consists of two 16mm HSS linear steel tubes for each axis, feed screw drive, Y-axis double rails and an all-metal frame. This new high rigidity design ensures the stability and accuracy of the milling machine. The 4040-PRO CNC machine comes with 42mm and 52mm spindle holders.
