This makes it an excellent primer for the other T&T finishes, particularly on highly absorbent wood. VERSATILE APPLICATIONS: In addition to traditional wood finishing technique, this linseed oil for wood can be used to mix custom stains, as a primer & grain enhancer prior to epoxy or oil-based film finishes, and other uses for pure linseed oil. FOOD SAFE & NON TOXIC: The Danish Oil is ideal for rustic pieces, cabinets, butcher block, and priming open pored woods. 100% safe for food but recommend to using Original Wood Finish as a top-coat for moisture resistance on food-contact items EASY APPLICATION: Sand the piece to desired level & apply very thin coat with a lint-free cloth at room temperature. Allow to penetrate for just 5 minutes, buff dry and cure for a minimum of 8 hours before burnishing with 4/0 steel wool, repeat, Manufacturer: FBC Chemical Corporation
