Clonakilty Single Pot Still Irish Whiskey is a premium spirit produced at the Clonakilty Distillery. This whiskey is crafted from 100% barley grown in Cork and is triple-distilled in traditional copper pot stills. It undergoes a maturation process within the distillery's unique Atlantic Ocean Warehouse, which influences its character. The blend features a combination of bourbon and Amontillado sherry casks, contributing a balanced profile of creamy sweetness and dry, nutty notes. This 70cl bottle offers a modern interpretation of the Irish pot still style with an alcohol content of 46%.
