The Elite Alderley Range uses 8mm x 20mm Laths which are smooth-planed and have smooth chamford edges. 30mm x 35mm timber has been used for the perimeter frame and connected together with bridle joins. The perimeter frame has been rebated for the trellis to sit firmly within. Our wood products are all pressure treated using Tanalith E, green flecks may appear within the wood but will fade over time as the products weather. Please note: timber will always contract and expand in different weather conditions, some dimensional variation should be expected. We recommend not painting the products for up to 6-8 weeks to allow the treatment to completely dry.
